If the user wants he can forward the subdomain to another website and the blog to a subdirectory on that subdomain or vice versa. I don't recommend you use it as it hasn't been updated since the initial release and probably doesn't work for newer versions of WordPress. I also have no plans, at the moment, to update this plugin or develop it any further.
