However this is probably pretty new to most of us muggles. Martin Bojowald of the Pennsylvania State University, USA is the genius behind this and I will not even attempt to explain what it is as I will probably get it terribly wrong. So, to avoid my email inbox being filled with hate mail from physicists worldwide, I’ll just link to a good article publised in New Scientist, a popular science weekly.
